Bundle 1 is best suited for clients who are looking for guidance on nutrition concerns such as: planning for special diets (e.g., gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, high protein), athletes looking to optimize performance, minor weight loss, minor weight gain, healthy eating during pregnancy, picky eating, family meal planning.

Bundle 2 is best suited for clients who are looking for advice on nutritional concerns such as: weight loss or weight gain, weight maintenance, allergies and intolerances, celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel, nutrient deficiencies, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cancer, child growth and development, feeding issues (e.g., severe picky eating, failure to thrive).

Bundle 3 is best suited for clients who are looking for advice on nutritional concerns and those that enjoy having some extra support to help in achieving and maintaining their health goals, such as significant weight loss and maintenance, significant weight gain, heart disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), disordered and emotional eating, cancer.




Initial Assessment: $90.00

Payment information:

If you have a health insurance package from an employer, you may be eligible to receive dietitian services as a reimbursable benefit within your health plan. Counselling from a Registered Dietitian is exempt from HST and is tax deductible.

All services must be paid for in full at the first appointment. For bundle purchases, clients have the option of dividing pay into two equal payments. Methods of acceptable payment include cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Nutrition services are charged directly to the client and are not able to be directly billed to insurance companies. A detailed receipt will be provided, that you can then submit to your insurance provider.
